McKenzie Battershell and her staff have been my PCP for the last 2 years. While my visits have only been routine checkups with blood work and screenings, each have been absolutely professional and rather speedy. All concerns regarding medications always clearly answered, and all prescriptions handled within 24 hours.
The visits with Battershell were ok, but I sent a request for a prescription refill 7 days in advance of running out of medication and they did not respond then the pharmacy reached out to them twice and again they did not respond so I called and spoke with the office manager and she said she would tell Nurse Battershell after 2 days the pharmacy again called me to advise they had not received the prescription so I called Nurse Battershell and again spoke with the office manager and she told her I was out of medication and i... read more
