Apparently you shouldn't bother looking for a home according to whomever my sister in law had the displeasure of working with. Initial woman was pleasant but apparently another person took over working with my sister and was beyond cruel. I would think that a mom of 2 who works to provide for her boys is a great person to find a home for, but for this company apparently she's lesser. Absolutely horrible experience and it was not even my own! My mother and my sister went in there just to see what they have to offer, now the person that welcomed them in and had started to help them was super nice apparently, but the woman that came and took over without being asked to was beyond rude. Not only did she look down on my sister for being a single mom that does everything on her own and does not get help via welfare or even child support, she made it known she looked down on my sister for this. Professionalism with a smile! Besides being professional, Margie is pleasant and easy to work with. Besides that she is an excellent negotiator. She has a great sense of how much to give and take without derailing the deal. I am thankful to have had her as my agent.
