Marjorie was the best. Very knowledgeable patient and best of all honest. Highly recommend. Marjorie never made me feel pressured. She was patient and honest. She was a perfect guide through this experience. She never gave up on us either through showing of multiple houses and repeated offers on same house she never gave up finally landing us on our dream home. She also saved me money when making an offer she knew we could get the deal for a previous offer saving us 2000.00 dollars. I can’t say enough great things about her.... read more
Margie was just an excellent agent. She communicated so well with us, kept us up-to-date on everything. She was very active and involved In all facets of the transaction. We loved her humor, and appreciated her candor. It is largely thanks to her that we were able to sell our home without having to list it on the market and having it go through smoothly.
Our experience was amazing with Marjorie Baker. She is professional and kind as well. We were guided through the whole process of buying our first home with respect and honesty. Every detail was explained through out the process. We will always go with Marjorie if buying a new home in the future. It was an amazing experience for us and we are glad to have met her.
Apparently you shouldn't bother looking for a home according to whomever my sister in law had the displeasure of working with. Initial woman was pleasant but apparently another person took over working with my sister and was beyond cruel. I would think that a mom of 2 who works to provide for her boys is a great person to find a home for, but for this company apparently she's lesser. No credit check or anything with a substantial down payment. If you're looking for a home I'd recommend any place but this. Absolutely disgusti... read more
