I don't recommend emma cott she's the worst therapist in the history of therapist, she was my wife's therapist and emma cott sucks at being a therapist because she feels like she's bored and very unprofessional. She was always knitting and not giving my wife any full eye contact or any attention that my wife needed. Mac has helped me through a tough time when I was young. I was having a hard time processing everything that was going on at the time and I drew into myself and pushed people away. He helped me come out of myself and become more accepting of the people around me and their mistakes but also exercising boundaries and doing what's right and honest to myself. He helped me highlight that silver lining.
I've been going to Mac for about 12 years now, he's seen my children off and on over the years and I cannot say enough good things about our experiences over the years.
