Rebekah stoddard is unprofessional and lacking in experience credentialed fall 2021. This place is a joke like others have mentioned the front desk staff are not the most customer service oriented. The therapists are unsure how to speak to paying clients with insurance professionally. Do you know how many different offices there are to choose from for a therapist in town, where they will treat you professionally? It's not this place. Concerning mental health issues. If you suffer from deranged too, you might like these people. Otherwise, there are better options.

Unprofessional and unprepared. Have asked multiple times to get a text or email appointment reminder setup, and have received only a couple in the last 6 months. Therapist tends to end the session 15-20 minutes early consistently, has had to reschedule or cancel same day, and missed an appointment with the school after she committed to being there.
