I’ve had a great experience living here. The concierge team — Alem, Reese, Irina, Jessica, and Eva — is wonderful. They are always friendly, helpful, and professional, and I really appreciate that someone is available 24/7 whenever you need assistance. The building also has a great selection of amenities, including a well-equipped gym, package room, sauna, BBQ area, lounges, and more. The common areas are cleaned every day and are always well maintained. Maintenance requests are also handled very efficiently, usually within... read more
Really enjoy living at McKenzie. The building is great and the staff is always helpful. Special shoutout to Alem she’s super friendly, responsive, and always happy to help.
McKenzie is a wonderful place/community to reside in. We have been here for couple of months now and have had a wonderful experience. Cassandra helped us show around and was delightful to work with. The entire leasing team is very friendly and makes the process seem less and convenient. She helped me set up storage and parking arrangements. The concierge team is excellent. Very warm and welcoming! Alem helped me set up the docks for the move in and also suggested the guest suites for couple of days before move in and that... read more
I'm a dog walker in the area and this building is great to work with. The conceirges are always so quick to open the door for me when I arrive and happily help me get the key for the unit I need. They are good with security and they made sure to check the logs to be sure I was allowed to access the unit before grabbing the key for me. Alem and Reese get a special shout out for being so friendly and happy to help me with the pup I walk who isn't always motivated to leave the building 😄 The elevators are usually pretty quick,... read more
I'm so happy to live here. I love the view from our room and all the conveniences McKenzie offers, starting with the wonderful concierge team. Alem amazes me, not just with her service-oriented heart, but also with how she remembers who lives in which room. Thanks to that remarkable ability, she returned my husband's cell phone, which he'd left at the apartment spa. I'm so grateful to her!
