If there was an opportunity to give more stars to the entire team (Ms. Schipper (at Blackhawk), Ms. Hegg (Waterside) & Ms. Hageman (Boulder Creek) at McKenzie then I would have queue to be the first one to do so. They all are exceptional professionals and so human at the same-time that one would get amazed.
