Great management and maintenance team. Had a wonderful time living at waterside st apartments.
If there was an opportunity to give more stars to the entire team (Ms. Schipper (at Blackhawk), Ms. Hegg (Waterside) & Ms. Hageman (Boulder Creek) at McKenzie then I would have queue to be the first one to do so. They all are exceptional professionals and so human at the same-time that one would get amazed. No wonder why Mr. McKenzie built the organization keeping the core vision centralised to ‘creating homes for people’ and the entire team live up to consciously better it every-time one interacts with them. Lived in waterside for a year Michelle is great very accommodating when it comes to a place for renting had to relocate for work more toward east side but I recommend anyone here looking for a place in Middleton quiet and nice features.
Waterside Apartments has been a great place to live. The landlord (Michelle) is very flexible and helpful. Any maintenance requests I've submitted in the past 2 and a half years have been fulfilled within 1 business day. I am moving out this summer into a house and she is helping me re-rent my apartment for the last month of my lease so that I do not double pay mortgage and rent. Also the neighborhood of Waterside Apartments is great. They are near a nice walking path that goes through a local park/pond area. Would highly re... read more
