Great apartment. Michelle is great and the area is super peaceful! Would recommend!
I loved living at the Waterside apartments. Hector and Michelle were very attentive to my needs. All the maintenance staff were excellent. I loved the amenities, the pool, yoga studio, the Zen room was an excellent environment to unwind and relax in the massage chair. I was able to make forever friends. Michelle was an excellent property manager,
My fiancé and I recently moved out of Waterside after living there for two years-we loved living there! The property manager, Michelle, was responsive and accommodating, maintenance was speedy and thorough, and the amenities were great.
Wonderful place to live! Only there for a few months. Maintenance on time and fixes everything right away. Always someone to answer any questions. Michelle was wonderful and helpful with everything!
My family and I truly enjoyed our time at the Waterside apartments. Michelle ( property manager) does a very good job at ensuring the property and units are well maintained. The Maintenance crew promptly responds to issues. It is clean, quiet and within a great Elementary school district. I cannot recommend this property enough to anyone that’s looking.
