I lived in the Waterside Apartments for five years, and can’t say enough good things about the property, the management company…and especially Michelle the property manager. Nice, quiet and well maintained. If you can get yourself an apartment there, you won’t regret it!
Living here for the last couple of years has been an amazing experience. Maintenance is always receptive and supportive whenever we reached out to them. From the beginning, Michelle navigated all our questions and concerns (to this day) thoughtfully and compassionately (unfortunately, not a common experience in rental places for me). I loved living at the Waterside apartments. Hector and Michelle were very attentive to my needs. All the maintenance staff were excellent. I loved the amenities, the pool, yoga studio, the Zen room was an excellent environment to unwind and relax in the massage chair. I was able to make forever friends.
