Alem is super helpful and kind-hearted. From answering inquiry or simple gesture of asking about the day, and opening the door when I’m struggling with groceries. She always makes me feel welcoming and nice to be home. GO ALEM!
Great apartment building to live in with excellent staff (Thanks Sarai, Reese!).
Careful if you are trying to deliver groceries here. This apartment is by a busy Whole Foods with minimal parking for blocks. This concierge ignores the buzzer to allow you in and will stand there talking to her coworkers while you ask for help. I was advised by parking enforcement outside the building that you can’t leave your car because it’s a known issue that there’s not enough parking and you will get a citation or be towed. Concierge was very rude. There was no available parking anywhere near the building. She refused to help in any way. Instead she was verbally abusive and while 3 people that worked there just stood around she told me it wasn’t her problem and proceeded to laugh at me. She had time to follow me to my car and harass me further. When there is no parking I have to cancel the order which would have created an inconvenience to my customer the person that lives there and pays for a certain level of service.
