I had a great experience working with Pierre throughout the entire leasing process — from the apartment tour and application to move-in orientation and most recently a unit transfer. He was especially helpful with my unit transfer due to external noise issues. He handled everything quickly and professionally, and the transfer was completed within one day with no additional charges. I truly appreciate his support and responsiveness.
