Had an issue with a commercial AC unit. My technician Charles was communicative, professional, and very pleasant to work with through the entire process. He thoroughly explained the problem and his solution along with additional information about the AC system I did not know.
While traveling for our vacation through the Atlanta area on 75NB around Barrett Parkway or Acworth or something, a company truck decided that tailgating our car and turning on the bright high beams was a SAFE thing to do. Not just once, but repeatedly. Your employee damn near slammed into the back of us because my husband reactively slammed on brakes due to being blinded. Wouldn’t let this company do ANY work on my projects based off of the way their employees drive around Atlanta. The lack of safety is concerning for a company that revolves around that as their priority.
Horrible drivers. Will ride your tails with high brights on. Can't stay in their own lanes either
