My elderly aunt was nearing the end of life and utilized 24 hour caregivers from McKenney. It took a week or so to get the ones we likes, but Ashley, Kerri, Shakena and Angela were absolutely phenomenal. When it came time to go from caregivers to nursing care, they did not have the staffing. Also a severe lack of communication from the higher ups. The caregivers themselves were A+ but the office personnel gets an F from me.
