They are good people
I am compelled to write this unflattering McKenney review for the purpose of providing any future customers with a cautionary caveat. We were a McKenney customer for ~2 months with n home care for an elderly person with dementia. The McKenney premise was experienced professionals who are managed and supported by an organization with full staffing to provide a wholistic care experience. I am very pleased with all aspects of McKenney HomeCare for my mom. They seemed to understand what we needed and responded very quickly to any issues that came up. They found the right match for my mom. She immediately became very comfortable and trusting of her caretaker. Communication with other McKenney staff is professional.
Very pleased with the level of service from the front office to our care giver. I highly recommend Mckenney.
