No caregiver showed up and I found my grandmother with dementia wandering around outside. 3.5 hours later and still no call back from this place. It has been one problem after another. Nobody answers the phone. Tons of turnover.
I would highly recommend McKenney for a care giver. We have been with McKenney for about 4 months and really enjoy their service. They are quick to get back and answer any questions or changes we might have. They are very accommodating and flexible. They are compassionate, reliable and respectful.
Great group of people dedicated to the care of your loved one. Staci is the best and at no time during the decision making about my mom's care could I not reach her to talk or text. She is a true professional
