Great place to buy a car, just wonderful you will not go wrong getting a car from McKenney Chevrolet
I have an unfortunately bad review of McKenney. As a matter of fact, whenever I get into my car, I literally think of McKenney and my sales person and get frustrated and sick to my stomach. That is absolutely no exaggeration although I wish that it were. Do not fall for this place's tricks! They run a decent "good-cop/bad-cop" scam, but the more you dig, the more you find that management is just as bad (or worse) than the sales team. Here's how it works: They (usually salesman) will do you wrong. When you call them on it, the sales manager gets involved. He'll start apologizing and sympathizing and promising to make it better. Don't bother with this place! McKenney Chevrolet makes promises and deals but does not keep them. McKenney Chevrolet misrepresents complaints and distorts the truth. McKenney Chevrolet invests heavily in online reputation management to censor honest criticism. Don't waste your time and money with this outfit. They will burn you bad.
Our sales guy Randall Farmer was wonderful....he listened to us and what we were looking to buy. He was very friendly, attentive and truly wanted to make things work for us and McKenney. Atmosphere was friendly, non-pressuring and overall great experience. I would recommend Randall and anyone on the staff to work with in finding that right vehicle. I love my new car and truly am happy with my experience. I will go back to buy my next car!

I recently visited your dealership on 1/9/2009 to have a part installed on my car that I ordered and I after my experience with your dealership, I will never have your service department do any type of work on my car ever again. I have heard negative comments about your business and from my experience, it was true. I had a glove box handle installed on my car and it took your service department over 4 hours to get my car back to me!
