Shannon and her property management team have been the best heartwarming individuals to work with. I’ve reached out to this company multiple times over the past few months and have found their communication to be extremely poor. Their listing agents rarely respond or follow up, which makes it very difficult for prospective renters to even schedule a showing. It’s also concerning that their rental criteria appear to make it nearly impossible for many qualified applicants to be considered.
