Unethical and Untrustworthy Experience I had a very disappointing experience with these agents Deborah and Shannon. I was the first to tour the rental property and clearly disclosed up front that I had a small guinea pig that stays in its cage. These agents confirmed with the owner that it was okay before I paid the non-refundable $90 application fee.
