After finding a new doctor I realized appointment times can be kept and my time is as valuable as Dr McKenna’s
Took great care of me! Dr Chandler was the lead on my case and Dr McKenna performed my two surgeries. A few months later everything seems to have gone well. Nursing and office staff were always quick and helpful. Would (and have) recommend to others.
Great staff. Dr McKenna spent a lot of time explaining things. Very knowledgeable. My husband is now going to see him in a couple of weeks for his shoulders. Very impressed!
I got there are 4:10 filled out some papers that I had. My appt was at 4:15. Invited to exam room #1 at 4:45 Shawnaa (PA aide) said that just because I got here early at 3:45 she was not going to bump me into other people's appt spot that were ahead of my appointment at 4:45. I'm still kinda of confused about that comment. She must have been thinking about another patient.
