I called Kevin in a panic at the beginning of December, as we were getting new countertops installed and needed our sink disconnected/ removed prior to countertop installation. We had such a hard time finding someone to come out but Kevin not only answered right away, but adjusted his schedule to come out the next day. Great customer service. They were at my house within 5 minutes after my water heater went, and had a new one installed within the hour
What excellent service. I called Kevin last Friday at 8:00 in a panic frenzy. He was at my house within 2 hours. He ensured me he could handle my Title 5 issue & had the pipe capped off, permit pulled & job complete by the time I got home from work Tuesday. Thanks again
