I can't even begin to say how thankful I am that back 9 years ago when Allison first needed braces, we chose to see Dr. Michael Caban. He has gone way beyond the scope of his job to accommodate Allison and all she has been through in the last NINE years. I really would never have believed his generosity and compassion if we didn't experience it first hand. Super friendly staff! Always felt welcome as soon as I walked through the door. Their service is great and I always looked forward to my appointments!
Great facilities. Excellent staff and Orthodontist interaction. Problem is with overall pricing and unreasonable billing accommodations. No military discount (sad, but oh well) Could save 5% to pay my costs all up front rather than over 24 months but needed $650 for first appt. I offered to pay the $650. to get started then pay off balance owed on next appointment (to get the 5% discount). Then was told no.. all at once or no 5% off. Being this unreasonable not allowing me save $200 of a $6150 bill (for 1 set of braces!) has... read more
Everyone at the office is so friendly and accomodating. It is evident that the girls enjoy their jobs, and each other, and the patients. Dr. McKenna is very kind and did a beautiful job orthodontically. This was a pleasant experience overall and worth the wait. Thank you all.
The Staff at Mckenna Orthodontist are wonderful. They are very willing to work with their patients to meet their needs and find solutions to meet their needs. They truly care about their patients and are very willing to go above and beyond for their patients. They excel in customer service. I would highly recommend their practice.
As a newcomer to Longmeadow and a mother of seven, it was such a blessing to discover such a warm, friendly and knowledgable practice. From Ivy, Shauna, and Lisa in the front office to Nancy and Dr. McKenna--all were smiling, positive, and enthusiastic about our visit and caring for my kids.
