McKenna Brothers installed a door for me a few months ago. Over the weekend, I had a problem with the doorknob. I called them. They came out the same day. They replaced the knob. There was no charge. This company provides high quality workmanship, fair pricing, and if there are any problems, they promptly show up to resolve the issues.
I had a great experience with McKenna Brothers from the initial estimate and project scoping through the completion of the job,vinyl siding and a new front door. Frank was responsive and gave me sound advice, and the crew was reliable. One year later, I'm still getting many compliments on the look of my house.
Crew does a great job, very professional. but as Ryan stated. Frank ( owner ) never returns phone calls, e-mails or mailed letters. To address their problem? His customer skills stink. He should watch the H.T.A. commercial. The owner say's " Like my father always said. Take care of the customer and they will keep coming back." I plan on remolding my front porch with Trex. Originally asked Frank if he was interested? Not know.
