I wanted to share my experience I had with BMW of MCKenna. From start to finish my experience was awesome. Adrian had been working with me early December and due to my busy schedule I had not been able to make it out there. However he took the time to send me videos and pictures of all the models I was interested in. He was so patient and friendly with great customer service. Finally on December 21 we closed the deal. Stopped by McKenna BMW on Sunday, was looking to trade in my 2025 Lexus UX300h for a BMW X2. They were only willing to offer me $26K for my trade in. Went to CarMax immediately after, where they appraised my car at $30K. I was the only customer in the building on a Sunday and now I know why.

This place is a amazing to get your BMW dream come trough . sale rep mr Bassem in the used car section has given us a very professional , friendly service . Its was lot of easier than we thought to by my son's dream car with the fast and sweet service by the entire crew . Manager Amy was very kind and helped us to transfer Loan to my Bank on the option contract , she is available to contact any time even in her time off replying a call promptly and friendly . Highly recommended for anyone who is dreaming a BMW
