Never wanted to do any work on the house, mold was growing in the basement and laundry room, bathroom freezes in the winter due to lack of insulation. Had my husband do the things needed just to keep the house some what functioning and then sent us to collections for 8,000 😂

I genuinely do not have the vocabulary to fully describe how terrible this company is. In nearly 3 years of renting here, I have dealt with flooding, electrical issues, garage door problems, HVAC failures, and a long list of other maintenance issues that should never have persisted this long. What makes this company truly awful is not just that they fail to fix things, but that they always have an excuse while continuing to collect full rent on time. I have nothing negative to say about McKee Property Management. They recently bought our complex across from the University of Saint Mary and introduced themselves personally, even giving out their contact cards. They’ve been considerate and understanding of how financial aid works for college students. I’m really going to miss this apartment and its convenience.
