Received a lease draft from McKee Commercial for a commercial suite. The entire draft was a comedy of errors that demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism. For starters, the binding addendum carried a different tenant's name and signatory. Really? You can't take 10 seconds to proof a proposal before you send it out? I have lived with McKee Properties for over two years. They stand out by genuinely caring for their tenants' well-being, and responding to maintenance requests and other issues in a timely manner. When I had issues come up with a problematic neighbor, the property manager worked with me directly to resolve the situation. The apartment itself is quite nice, and although it certainly isn't cheap, I continue to live here because I feel the apartment, location, and management make it worth the value.

For my first-time move to the West Coast, it was hard to find an apartment within my budget that met my needs. I found such a listing with McKee Properties, and when I expressed interest in it, Brendan McKee quickly reached out to me and agreed to schedule a virtual tour over FaceTime when I explained that I wouldn’t be able to tour in person before move-in. If you’re a vendor run away from this place. Communication is horrible and questions are never answered. They just expect you to figure it out or put in the extra work on your time. When you complain or send proof with pics they just cancel your service or ghost you. Be very careful if you use this company. The tenets I’ve come across say the same thing about not getting called back with maintenance or other issues. Here are some pics for proof. Hi everyone this is my first time contacting McKee property and it was an unpleasant experience. They scheduled me to look at a property and I was there waiting for them to show up. They didn't show up ,instead gave me a call to tell me that they were already working with an application for the property. They could of informed me of that before making me and my wife leave work early to see a property that was already in the process of being rented.
