I left a message for their emergency dispatcher Saturday when the entire city flooded. My basement did, as well, and I have a newer sump pump. My call was returned within 10 minutes, and the gentleman instructed me what to do to see if it would kick on. It did, and he called back twice after that to make sure it was still functioning. They were here Monday morning and new one installed. Absolutely stellar service, communication and friendliness, I highly recommend!

I had a horrible backup and McKeen plumbing was amazing from the first conversation until the entire job was done. Started with the wonderful ladies I spoke with to get scheduled to the first visit from Jenn (I sure hope that is her name) who fixed the problem to Shaid who just finished this two part job. Both very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Thanks to all involved. I will definitely use you again and recommend to anyone needing your services.
