This by far was the best service experience I have ever had! John came out and checked out the situation with our AC. They were scheduled to come on a Wednesday and much to my surprise John called me Tuesday and asked if I was going to be home and said that they were going to come and get started on tearing the old unit out. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I really appreciate the patience the gentleman at the counter had with me when I was trying to figure out the correct parts that I needed. I highly recommend this business.
Amazing! Spoke to a representitive online via email within a half hour of submitting a form for a thermostat by lennox going down at my grandmother's. Very fast response and solution within an hours time after 9pm!!! They cane here the next day and we're so kind and helpful. Long story short where other companies gave a high estimate this business looked up the system and co formed it WAS IN WARRANTY STILL AND THE THERMOSTAT WAS FREE.
