We needed a part for our furnace, and thankfully I was referred to McKean’s. Hudson waited on me, and he is knowledgeable, professional & cautious that I was indeed buying the correct part! He took the time to speak with my husband on the phone and they talked through the issue! I can’t thank him enough for taking so much time to make sure we were bought the correct part! Thankfully our furnace is back & we can put our space heaters away!! 😊😊😊
With temperatures in the teens and colder temperatures and snow on the way, we discovered that our furnace was not working! We immediately called McKean. Less than two hours later, Nathan, one of McKean's newest hires, showed up. He quickly diagnosed the problem and went to the shop to get the parts needed for the repair. Called to report frozen water lines inside my house. I left a message with them, they called me back about 2 hours later (them being busy with all the water issues during the big freeze). I explained to them what I was dealing with & how I was attempting to fix it. They told me I was on the right track & suggested a few other fixes.
