We're not your typical nursery. We're growers, designers, nursery stock suppliers, certified organic, landscapers, a garden center, and an online store all wrapped into one business. We have customer's from Alaska to Maine and we're the first nursery in the nation to be certified by the National Plant Board and the USDA for our systems approach to pest management. Order came in one month later than sales person stated with no call to update us to let us know this. Unlike their policy, we never received a call/email/letter from McKays telling us the order was on its way so we can prepare for planting a large tree. When installed, the 15-foot tree fell over twice within a week of them planting it and about half of the 20 bushes ordered never sprouted/grew. Calls to salesperson went unreturned and emails to McKay were never replied to. Spend your money elsewhere.

McKay landscaped my sister's yard from design to install. After install, they complained about the drainage in the area they planted. Remember they designed the layout. One tree died and was replaced with a damaged tree. They state it isn't going to be replaced when the damaged one dies. Consider where you spend your hard earned money.
