Not my review, but a review of someone I love dearly currently living in a property Pam McKay "manages". The shower head is currently broken in the property, has been broken for a couple of months now, and although she and Clayton have been communicated with and reached out SEVERAL TIMES, there is still no repair to be done, and still not even so much as a response. Pam is top notch and does her due diligence. I have worked with her for 10 years .
We rented from Pam for just a little over two years. During those two years, the service was less than mediocre. She was very hard to get a response out of. In addition, maintence requests took forever to get a response (even when they were hazardous to our children) and when we did, we would get questioned about if we were doing something wrong and that’s why we were having the issues.
