When you have an appointment at 8am and it's only supposed to be an hour and they don't even start until after 9 What's the point of making an appointment? Is it even legal to smoke inside the store/shop?
Horrible experience for us. Made appointment, drove an hour to get there, our truck sat there for 4 hours, they didn't repair it and didn't even even call. They said they didn't have anyone "certified" to fix it. They agreed to reschedule for the next day, and promised they would have someone there to fix it. So we drove an hour home. Next morning, again drove an hour to get there, but after an hour and a half, they hadn't even started on it, we left, having to drive another hour home. These people are useless.
