It will take a lot for me to go with any other insurance provider other than State Farm SOLEY because of how absolutely amazing Melissa (the office manager) is. She is the only State Farm employee I have spoken to or worked with and is AMAZING. She helped me get a quote for auto insurance at the beginning of the year and for the first time I actually understood what all the different things meant and why I would or would not want to pay for them. I came into the office to get car insurance in Utah. I was welcomed by three amicable ladies. Michelle primarily helped me. Her service was stellar, communication was off-the-charts, and the professionalism was excellent. She was detail-oriented, educational & thorough. I appreciated her orientation every step of the way. State Farm has been nothing but kind to me, and very helpful. I had an issue with a car I purchased, and Whitney the office Manager was very skilled and helpful when it came to communicating with the lender. I appreciate everything she and the agency has done from me. I highly recommend State Farm for any of your Insurance needs!
