After a long miserable weekend and a whole lot of problems with State farms third-party roadside assistance I was ready to leave. But first thing Monday morning Whitni jumped right on and called me. Smoothed everything out and explained to me the problems I was having and walked me through how we can solve them. In today's world where things can go wrong in a second having exceptional customer service is key to keeping someone's business. And Whitni has done that.

It will take a lot for me to go with any other insurance provider other than State Farm SOLEY because of how absolutely amazing Melissa (the office manager) is. She is the only State Farm employee I have spoken to or worked with and is AMAZING. She helped me get a quote for auto insurance at the beginning of the year and for the first time I actually understood what all the different things meant and why I would or would not want to pay for them. I came into the office to get car insurance in Utah. I was welcomed by three amicable ladies. Michelle primarily helped me. Her service was stellar, communication was off-the-charts, and the professionalism was excellent. She was detail-oriented, educational & thorough. I appreciated her orientation every step of the way.
