Used this realty once in the past & had no issues. This time around has been a very unpleasant & expensive experience. Listed two properties for 6 months, 0 showings, 0 serious offers, 0 open houses. Made offer on another property & lost earnest money. Communication is terrible. Be very thorough reviewing documents, lesson learned. Beware

Terrible customer service -- I originally signed with McIver Realty Group to sell a rental. A few weeks went by, and my realtor and I agreed it'd be a good idea to have the listing taken down while the property gets renovated. Then my realtor suddenly gets released from McIver and Sherri Butler takes over my listing. She makes zero attempt to contact me, or otherwise alert me to the situation. The Real estate agent Said We Wouldn't need to pay for and get an inspection for our new house as the person Selling it only lived here maybe 1 year so She already had that done,She Was wrong and McIver Reality Group Wouldn't help the fact that our Place Was in Terrible Shape,We had to put Lot's of $$$$$ into our new home So hopefully we don't fall through the Rotten Wood under the house,We literally feel taken to the Cleaner's,be Careful!!
We found Sherri very knowledgeable of the market. She listened to what we were looking for and found several properties that fit our needs. She was responsive and professional with our questions.
