This is my second time using McInvale & I must say they are AWESOME!!! Eddie is the man, been 1-2 years since I first used them and Eddie remember me & everything. That's showing your customers that you care, world class customer service.
McInvale Heating & Air, Inc.-Plumbing & Gas folks are on the Ball! The friendly receptionist set up a time for the Plumbing Tech to arrive. Kirby, the Plumbing Tech arrived at 3:20 pm. He was friendly & VERY PROFESSIONAL!! He found 2 water leaks on the pipe that runs from the meter to the house almost IMMEDIATELY!! He took care of the 2 leaks on the pipe down in the hole between the sidewalk & the house in a snap! He checked & double-checked his repairs with full water pressure. Both leaks were repaired!
