Mcillwain Garage Doors is a very good and honest company. I called concerning an issue with my garage door that was discovered during home inspection because my house is up for sale. Slim the technician came out the very next day and took care of my issue. Slim was very honest, polite and respectful. He recognized that the issue was due to an error caused by one of their employees and admitted it. My garage door was repaired at no cost to me. Thank you McIllwain Garage Doors for being a grade “A” company.
