We loved our doctor when she was with with Wall St Pediatrics. Once they combined with MCHS it’s been a total nightmare. Not able to get an appointment, super long waiting times, no response calls when messages are left. We recently switched to another local pediatrician. Best decision ever. Now we are patiently waiting on records to be faxed over from MCHS to the new physician....2 months and counting. Honestly I doubt it ever happens at this point.
Lo peor del mundo deberían cambiar al personal que está de turno hoy, muy maleducados y ofensivos, al parecer no tienen interés de prestar un buen servicio, y ni hablar del tiempo de espera una semana para firmar un papel
