This VA facility and the staff is everything a good Clinic should be. My Care team is so thoughtful and caring for my health issues. Everyone there is a 5 star rating
I have experienced significantly worse treatment in military health care. I sense that the people who work here are genuinely trying their best and they get far less credit than they deserve on a daily basis which spoils the atmosphere for everyone unfortunately. That said, I agree there is a coldness and it's not the way you wanna feel about the people in charge of your health.
Terrible! You can feel the NEGATIVE ENERGY when you walk through the door. No pleasant greetings or anything. I walked in and said "Good Morning" to a young man at the front desk and he just looked at me like I insulted him. I had 1 appointment with a Dr. Kontyia. He wasn't very helpful. He acted disinterested as I addressed my concerns. The next thing I know is that on my way out, I said hello to another employee and she looked at me like I did something wrong to her.
