I have experienced significantly worse treatment in military health care. I sense that the people who work here are genuinely trying their best and they get far less credit than they deserve on a daily basis which spoils the atmosphere for everyone unfortunately. That said, I agree there is a coldness and it's not the way you wanna feel about the people in charge of your health.
Terrible! You can feel the NEGATIVE ENERGY when you walk through the door. No pleasant greetings or anything. I walked in and said "Good Morning" to a young man at the front desk and he just looked at me like I insulted him. I had 1 appointment with a Dr. Kontyia. He wasn't very helpful. Need to change their closing times from 4:30 to 4:15 since that's when they close the front desk.
730 appointment. Rude women who obviously hates her job. Says the person who does your test is not here. Wait someone will be in later! I wait and watch as she treats every vet like crap. Things happen but they happen too often here!!!! They don’t call you. Don’t answer the phones. In the end the nurse (who normally works at another location) was amazing.
