Need to change their closing times from 4:30 to 4:15 since that's when they close the front desk. Update: love a 15 minute wait to get the front desk to pick up the phone.
10am Check-in The middle aged female Christian (typically in the left corner) at this location hasn't changed her attitude or demeanor upon check-in for over 20 years. And believe it or not, today was the day then I was finally was able to ascertain her name. She had me standing for over 5 minutes not saying a word. It was only after I asked her, if I can sit down, that's she replied (very condescendingly) "No we are not done". Afterwards she demanded a sheet be filled out by stating "you need to fill this out". I've been to this clinic many times in the past 6 months and have always had a reasonably positiv3e experience. The entire staff have been very nice and seem like genuinely caring people. I'm not understanding where all these negative comments are coming from. Just posting my personal experiences!
This VA facility and the staff is everything a good Clinic should be. My Care team is so thoughtful and caring for my health issues. Everyone there is a 5 star rating
