730 appointment. Rude women who obviously hates her job. Says the person who does your test is not here. Wait someone will be in later! I wait and watch as she treats every vet like crap. Things happen but they happen too often here!!!! They don’t call you. Don’t answer the phones. In the end the nurse (who normally works at another location) was amazing. Zakariya hosam is the single worst dr I’ve seen in the entirety of my life and the way he treats vets is disgusting. I truly feel this guy is an embarrassment to my country. The rest of the staff I’ve encountered is pretty cool though.
If it were possible I would give this place a zero. This is the only VA that is near my location rather than drive an hour and a half to Chicago. I thought I would try this facility for the first time and due to me being unable to set up appointment online, I had to call their telephone. I called 5 times and not once did anyone pickup. I am a 24 year old Veteran just trying to get medical care and it seems as tho every single VA facility makes you leap through hoops, or go on endless goose chases just to recieve the bare min... read more
