Our family will only go to McHenry optical. Dr. sadofsky does a thorough and comprehensive exam and Trina and Jacquie are excellent opticians. If you want quality and service I highly recommend them.
Dr. Howard is truly the best eye doctor around. He is extremely precise with my contacts and glasses. Thankful to have him for me and my children. :-)
Today, I had a problem with my contact. I am still fairly new to contacts so when I couldn't get it out because I couldn't find it in my eye, you could imagine how panicked I got. I called and spoke with Trina and she offered to have me come in and she would check my eye for me. She checked and gave me some eye drops to soothe the irritation. Trina, thank you for being so helpful and for being such a joy to work with!!
Thank you for going above and beyond to fix my glasses today. Now I can go on vacation and still be able to see.
