What can I say.. due to the poor salesmanship from Motor Sports in mchenry on rte 120 . my poor son 18 spent the 1800$$ he saved on money down on this 2005 Nissan Murano which was what we now know has ongoing issues with the transverse case . My son only had his vehicle 4 months and 1 problem after another . Once the car broke down the dealer did nothing to help my son get into Another vehicle . I didn't purchase a car but used the service department. Very pleased with the brake job and air conditioning service.
After shopping for 3 weeks we are happy with our experience so far. We traded our caravan in for a 2010 Chevy Tahoe. The only thing I have to say is I wish it didnt take so long to buy a car.
We had an awful and stressful experience with McHenry Motor Sports and I highly suggest you look elsewhere for a vehicle despite the low prices. We were sold a vehicle that had 4 mis-matched tires. One of which was from 2004 and an improper fit for the vehicle. Instantly, we had to put in over $600 in new tires. Then, the check engine light, which we were assured by McHenry Motor Sports was a $180 02 sensor issue turned into a $600+ fix. Caveat Emptor. Questionable business practices. Most good reviews you'll find are done by employees, business associates, and family. I purchased two vehicles at same time. Both had serious issues not disclosed or repaired when realizing before purchase, even though contract was contingent on repairs being done. Watch your contract if you do purchase: 1.
