If ur in here for urology I'm sure u might want to reconsider worst experience with Dr newstien and very difficult to get appt . Also very negligent

The clerical staff needs to be able to give the right information. They told me that the address for my appointment is in a different building. Told me it was 1441 not 1444. Made me run around for FIFTEEN for me to figure out it wasn't a third building. Highly unprofessional. The woman upstairs needs to ensure she gives patients the right information.
