The billing department needs to do their job & know when people pay thier bill in full . Paid my months ago and they still call me asking for a payment & then send it to a collection service. Sorry to tell you that the problem is on your end not mine.I paid for my services & will not be coming back to this place and would not recommend your company to anyone. Now I know why the McHenry office lost thier place. The billing department doesn't do their jobs.
All of the staff at McHenry Medical Center have been amazing! Everyone is helpful, courteous, and very down-to-earth. I have gone for several massages, as well as a chirporactic consultations, and I haven't been taken care of better anywhere! I've seen other chiropractors and massage therapists, but wouldn't consider anywhere else after my wonderful experiences here!
