AWFUL – I thought it was just me! Same thing as the other two reviews. Rent always late, Signature Realty NEVER initiates contact, employees change every other month (it seems...but sometimes you're happy they've left!). Mr. McHenry told me, "I work for both you and the tenant." Take your house and find a property managment company that's going to work squarely for you - not the tenant. Signature Realty appeared to be a good company however they are not. Your rent money will be late every month and you will have to contact their office to receive your money. I have been with this company for 5 months and every month, my rent money is at least 5 to 10 days late. Their staff is very inexperienced and unprofessional. Some months, the receptionist has had an atttitude and has little or no information regarding the reason why you rent is late. Bad Business, No Communication - look elsewhere! – Signature Realty has managed one of our rental properties for more than one year. We pay them a Management fee to do so, yet I have never spoken to our agent once in the past year. Our renters seem to be late every month, however, no one calls us to let us know. I leave messages and instead of returned phone calls, the money suddenly is deposited.
