My experience with the service tech and the installation team (needed to replace a 26 year old Trane) were top notch. This was my first time dealing with McHenry HVAC but they are my go to dealer now. Fair pricing and as it turned out next day installation.
Chris at McHenry Heating and Air was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood all of the repairs. Services were scheduled the same day, furnace is now in great working order, and I highly recommend this company and its employees (like Chris!) who go over and beyond to meet customer needs. Company also honored warranty purchased with system, which I greatly appreciate. Thank you!!
