The sales process was simple, complete and more than fair! The Sales Associate, James was awesome! The installation by Jake and Bailey was one of the greatest service experiences we have ever had! They were clean, communicative, smart and hard working! One day complete install with everything working correctly! Beyond AWESOME!

It was good until I found out that I'm stuck with them for cleaning and yearly maintenance which is priced higher than most have contractors. This was not discussed during the signing. We were just told that the labor would be covered 5 years and parts 10 years. They said I have signed the documents. My documents showed the part I signed for. I signed for the installation to be done. And I signed also the part where I am satisfied with the work. They left out the part where it said that I have to hire them for maintenance. S... read more
