We have a 21 year old hvac unit that wasn't blowing air into the house. We called one company, the guy came in, bearly looked at anything ( I think he caused intentional damage actually), told us we needed a new unit asap and just left. We then called McHenery Heating. Chris came in, took a look at EVERYTHING, fixed what he could, including the last guys mistakes, and at least gave us a temporary fix. Excellent response time and technicians were very professional and well-versed with their trade. My AC system was diagnosed with a few minor problems a few weeks ago, a few weeks later, the compressor unit unexpectedly didn’t turn back on. Subsequently I called back and they sent out a technician Tim SCHNABELE and he did a full diagnostic check of the system And said that it was a rare anomaly, but the system appeared to be OK and he did not charge for this follow up service call.
