I am petrified of dentist! But the root canal I had today didnt hurt at all!! Omg I was so scared but the dr talked to me about what he was going to do step by step and his voice was so relaxing lol. I almost fell asleep during the 1.5 hr procedure literally painless .

I had the worst experience at both locations!! I arrived on time with all of my paperwork completed as requested in addition to other required documents. The front desk staff started out friendly but that quickly changed when we had to discuss the additional costs after I had already paid for the consultation and x-rays!! The dental assistants at both locations were not very talkative and made me feel very uncomfortable!! Dr. Sbigoli was extremely unfriendly and very unpleasant!! When I first walked into the place it was inside of a bank. I got very bad vibes from the place right away. I walked into the small cramped waiting room and did not even get a hello from anybody. I went into the consultation trying to forget that it was in a bank when I realized that all the nurses are speaking a different language. I did not feel to safe at this point. Great staff. Friendly and courteous. I had dr smulson do minor surgery on my gum. Explained procedure. And willing to answer all questions. I would definitely recommend this practice!
