Bill is a man of his word, work was completed as promised and on time, unfortunately I needed the vehicle back within a few days and communicated that with their team. They expressed that they’d do their best, which they certainly did! It’s not always that projects go as planned but he understood the process with confidence and had his team execute the repair. Backed into a concrete structure around a light pole went to Olson to see if they could fix it asap. Lo and behold they said yes I dropped my car off Monday and picked it up Tuesday at 5pm. Bill was amazing he was straight forward with the cost it was very reasonable and the work they did was perfect. Robin at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with also . So glad I found them they are amazing and very honest. I will always use this wonderful body shop. Thank you for fixing my car.
They did body work on my daughters car and were a pleasure to work with. Everyone was very helpful, understanding and friendly. I wish more companies operated like they do. True customer service is hard to find but I am happy to say they have it here 100%. :)
My Kia Spectra was struck by a deer on the way home from a gig in Wisconsin. Bill & his auto technicians did an outstanding job at a reasonable price. If you ever need auto body work on your car, I highly recommend them! A followup: A couple weeks after I got my car back, the left headlight which was replaced went out. Turns out it was a faulty bulb. The shop replaced it at no charge.
