The dental office got me in after I was panicked about a bad diagnosis from Aspen Dental. I was convinced by Aspen that I had severe periodontitis, but I had heard bad reviews so I went to MCHC for a second opinion. The hygienist lady was amazing! I didn't get her name, but she reviewed my x-rays and took the time to really in-depth explain how my gums and bones are fine (no disease, yay!), and provided comparisons so I could see and understand for myself. They have a great staff, but... could maybe wanna add a few more people on the switchboard. Nearly impossible to get through via phone sometimes.
