Love the timely manner and the courteousy of everyone
Come to get injections, they tell me be here at 9 and it's 1145 and still haven't been back. Why do they waste our time like we don't have better things to do?
Julie at the check in is the nicest professional that I have encountered in Odessa since 2016. She is helpful friendly and willing to let you know how much potential time you will have left to wait. Took my daughter today to be seen because she gets a lot of throat infections. Well after her visit we stopped at the Starbucks across from the lab because my daughter was wanting something cold to drink because her sore throat was burning. I was fixing to pay the cashier when all of a sudden my daughter starts vomiting and NOT one employee there that was standing behind me asked if we needed help or assistance.
