i don’t usually write reviews but 1. the front staff rushes you when you’re on the phone, they cut you off mid sentence. 2. i waited an hour to see dr okafor just for her to speed through my appointment in 20 minutes, and doesn’t thoroughly listen to what im telling her, she just acts very uninterested in what her job consists of. I just feel rushed every time i go in there and looked at like a strange creature. Not to mention every time i call to ask her or the nurses a question such as getting a prescription sent to the ph... read more
We had seen Dr. Okafor previously and she was wonderful. Due to her girl in the front and her rude demeanor we won't return. She acts like we are bothering her to call for an appointment. She told us to go to walk in/urgent care or wait till end of August. Very unfortunate. I hope Dr. Okafor sees this... your staff can run off your patients really fast.
