Day 280 the excellent home geriatric doctor is awesome. The benefits are excellent. We’ve adapted and so appreciate the VA! Day 2 and not as impressed but they did fix a wrong scan order so we didn’t have to pack up and leave. Was told meds ready and not there yet. A very long day running around getting nothing done. Day 1 was very impressed with the care my 93 yr old vet fatherin-law received today. He couldn’t have asked for more. All difficulties were addressed, the nearby UVA pharmacy was super speedy and convenient. A d... read more

Spent 90 min - (transferred three times) on telephone attempting to get a follow up appointment with Charlottesville VA audiology clinic. When given a phone number(s) to call either they are busy or don't work (out of service). Can't complain about the service but communication is a weakness.
