I've been going to the VA's Charlottesville clinic for number of years. I always get the best medical care. -Army Medic
I've had only good experiences and the doctors and medical care are top notch.
Staff is rude, service is horrible. By far the worst VA I've ever been to. The women at the front desk are brash, chewing gum and have 0 ability to give instructions other than barking loudly. Move everything to community care.
Day 280 the excellent home geriatric doctor is awesome. The benefits are excellent. We’ve adapted and so appreciate the VA! Day 2 and not as impressed but they did fix a wrong scan order so we didn’t have to pack up and leave. Was told meds ready and not there yet. A very long day running around getting nothing done. Day 1 was very impressed with the care my 93 yr old vet fatherin-law received today. He couldn’t have asked for more.
