The staff has helped me out with some crazy things that no one else even thought possible. I brought the lock off my screen door to them and they made me keys (house didn't come with any). I lost the keys to my fireproof box, they made new ones. Needed extra file cabinet keys, they hooked me up. Needed a safe unlocked, they were the only ones who were even selling to try. I've never had a service call but they guys at the shop have always been able to help.
I called to make an appointment they said I didn't need one just call tomorrow! I called and now I have to wait till Monday so now I can't drive my car for another 3 days!
Fast, friendly service. Professional and helpful! Will definitely be back.
