We came in just to look around, but left with a car. My wife was like, “let’s just check it out,” and two hours later we had a loan and the keys. No regrets. Service was awesome, staff had a great sense of humor, and even kept our kid entertained with cartoons.
a disappointing experience waiting 6 months for a cancellation of my expensive extended warranty which took literally 20 minutes to purchase. now the warranty administrator say if I file the cancellation myself it would be as of today's date which means I pay for their lack of action to cancel my warranty as promised. Got the car through financing, and the interest rate they could offer was decent.
Great experience buying a used car from the crew at North Bergen. Raul took care of me start to finish after I asked to view a 2017 Mazda. Transparent over phone/email where I was able to get the cars history and CarFax before visiting. Fair pricing and great service on the car itself when I finally pulled the trigger given they have the mechanics on staff to make sure you're driving off the lot with no issues. Worth checking out!
