Worst company I've had the displeasure of dealing with. The amount of roaches in the place was horrendous, and then once I left they still continued to try and charge me on the water bill and did not close out the account. I'm still fighting the water company because they lied about the date I moved out.

The owner was very rude and disrespectful he declined my application and stole my $500 from me and refused to give me my money so please becarful he scammed me
Rats the size of cats, buildings not insulated for winter weather high utility bills. Every year power outages due to trees breaking power lines. Serious rat infestation, and bed bug out breaks.
