BUYER BEWARE!! I was set to close on a house in Ashton Lakes, Lot #88 1144 Citation Street in Lexington, SC, on June 14th but ended up walking away because of the shoddy workmanship this company presented to me and refused to fix. McGuinn Homes did not disclose a drainage problem at Harbison Grove - I bought a townhome in October 2019. Every time it rains I have ankle-deep stormwater/runoff in my parking spots. I have been asking for it to be fixed since the problem started after I moved in for it to be fixed. The community was not graded/pitched correctly. I have been ignored and never get an answer.
