The office was clean, and the doctor was very nice and friendly; however, I visited twice and never received effective treatment for my acne or saw any results. After switching to a different dermatologist, I was able to see improvements quickly. Additionally, although it may have been specific to the day I visited, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Very friendly, easy to get an appointment, quick and painless procedure!!
Honestly, gave this office two shots and each time have had a very bad experience. First visit, I didnt get seen until an hour after my appointment. All forms were filled out. They tried to charge me a co-pay without checking to see if I paid first. And then the staff seems to not know if you been there before or not and will give you bad information. This last time, dropped the ball on scheduling as well.
