After buying a swamp cooler that only cooled my apartment down by 5° I went to return it or ask for a credit and was declined on both-after shopping at your store for nearly 20 years that left a very bad impression with me. No one at your store told me it was nonreturnable or that it would only cool my apartment down by a few degrees - very bad customer service.
We love this place. If they don't have it, you really don't need it.
