Called ahead checking to see if they had the tire size I needed, they had one in stock which is sometimes difficult with a stepdeck. Rolled into yard and they directed me into a bay immediately. Was directed to the waiting room- not 15 mins later and possibly quicker- the rep popped his head in and announced the job was done. Was charged a very fair price and literally within 20 mins of hitting the yard- I was rolling out. I had a great experience today! The shop manager Mr. Cordero answered the phone right away, had an excellent attitude, and was professional from start to finish. They were very helpful, paid close attention to detail, clearly explained the service, and made me feel confident in my decision. The entire process was quick, efficient, and customer-focused. It’s great to receive this level of service these days. I highly recommend this shop and truly appreciate the outstanding customer service!
Good mechanics! But have to say their labor and tires quite expensive!
They replace inflation hose and will the air in tire and they didn't charge us anything! I appreciate you guys and thank you so much one more time!
