Genuinely could not recommend anything less. To start- black mold. While living there I had black mold covering the walls of my bathroom. It allegedly started with a sewage leak into my walls. It was gross and unlivable. I mentioned this the first time with no rectification even though I made it known that it was imperative to be handled. Shady property management. Maintenance came in my apartment, with no forewarning or notice, while I was gone (RED FLAG #1!!!). My PlayStation was stolen, an heirloom ring from my grandmother, and god only knows what else — any/everything of value was stolen from me by their employees (yes, there is a police report). Tried to get some information from this place, and no one would answer so my only option was to book a showing. After more researching, I found many reviews left on this man named Jay that seems to be the manager. Everyone had nothing but bad things to say, but I was hoping the management had changed.
