I’m putting a 5 star because we didn’t actually get out and go inside. The outside of the model was nice.
If you are looking for quality and responsiveness, Scott McGregor is not it. Selling a home that has been lived in for 8 years. After inspection there is over $20,000 of repairs. The roofing shingles were defective and needed to be replaced. The concrete siding, that was conveyed as lifetime was improperly installed and cracked and also needs to be replaced. Called Scott countlessly for 3 weeks to simply discuss the issues and assist in contacts and to help determine if any of the products had warranties. Never heard from Sc... read more
