The buying experience was pleasant, we were told everything we wanted to hear, of course. Even talked into buying the extended warranty for our vehicle. especially since it only had about 20,000 left on the original warranty. Here's the problem, my used Hyundai had a severe problem with the engine using oil. Yes, I will admit that I missed an oil change, but that should not have caused my engine to die! I came in for an oil change and specified that an outside oil change company could not do it because a piece was stripped. I told the service guy what needed to be fixed and I needed an oil change. I had to take time off of work catch ***** to drop and pick up my car. To realize a few days later they never fixed my car. I bought a 2020 *** car and they sold me extended warranty saying its covered by *** then found out its third party which isnt covering and been accepted by the *** dealers I dont how they operate a business based on promises they cant keep Worst after sale ever if you buy from them
Tasca Lincoln has the worst service department. I am from out of town and my Navigator needs a repair. They could care less. They said I should bring it in in 3 weeks.

I took my car to Volvo to have it serviced recently, and I'm disgusted that I spent soo much money for the issues still to persist. My car has been back to Volvo at least 10 times since the original scheduled service. I ordered a part for my **** Bronco. The shipped the wrong part, not only was it wrong it was only half of the wrong part. I emailed them to correct the situation two times, no response. I used their contact us page on their website, still no response.I used PayPal to pay so I filed a complaint there and request assistance. Took multiple days for PayPal to get involved, now PayPal has got involved, and TASCA agreed to a refund once I return the wrong item, this was on June 19th.
